running, spinning and calories?

I've got a little bit of an update today. I managed to run for 20 minutes straight again. I just slowed down my speed a little bit to 6.0 and it was easy. My heart rate dropped big time, and I just felt better overall. I don't know how well I would have been at adding another five minutes to it yet, but that might be possible soon!
The knee seems fine, but it wasn't quite so fine after last Thursday. I went to my road drills class, and while I wasn't in too much pain in my knee, I could definitely feel something. It was getting worse. I'm not too happy about that. I don't know if I need more time off from riding, or if it's an actual serious problem. Stuipd IT band. Christina offered to find some better stretches when she goes in the office, and I'll see if that helps. It's just that when I do the one I know it doesn't seem to feel like it's stretching anything at all.
My back... well it's not been feeling too nice lately. Right now it's great, but I'm sure it's going to start to stiffen up later today. I'm going to keep an eye on it too. Ugh. I hate getting older.
I've also been wondering about the discrepencies between the different methods I have of measuring calories. It's a HUGE difference. Fitday tells me I burned 285. My iPod tells me I burned 352. My HRM tells me 672. What up with that, g? I forgot to check the machine before I left, but now I'm very curious about what number that one came up with. I want to believe my iPod. That's about 700 an hour for combined run/walk. With my heart rate as high as it was, I'm sure that's very possible.
