The bi-daily [is that even a word?] reports from trips to the gym are getting a little too busy for this blog. So now I've separated this into two. The other blog is taking the name The Life of a World Class Athlete, while this one is being renamed Pornstars on Ecstasy.
There's some interesting stuff on here, but I think I'm the only one who really finds my daily HR fluccuations interesting. If anyone is curious they can keep an eye on the other blog here. Right now it's using the identical template, but I'll be changing them both shortly.
I will still be giving weekly progress reports on this blog, more or less. It's the best of all worlds.
