This was definitely the
best day for food I've had. I almost got up to 2200 calories. I absolutely loved everything I ate, and I still managed a 700 calorie deficit. I also did a report for if I'm getting 100% of all the required nutrients, and I nearly had it for all of them.
I started off with Raisin Bran and some fruit for breakfast after my run. Lunch was some leftover spicy curry and rice. I love curry. I love spicy. Dinner was from the
Portuguese place down the street. A quarter chicken with rice and vegetables with piri piri sauce and a cold bottle of beer. I went nuts and ate the skin because it was just so damn good. There's a Swiss Chalet across the street from them, but I will never go there. I can't get over how good they are.
To close off the day I had a multigrain bagel with some smoked turkey breast. Even snacking on pistachios was the perfect way to add some fat. Fully 3/4 of my fat intake today was from poly and monounsaturated fats!
How could it possibly get any better than that?
